Return & Refund Policy


Should you decide to initiate a return within 7 days for reasons related to a change of mind, please be aware that a restocking fee of $50 will be applicable. This fee covers the expenses associated with the processing and handling of your return order.

Fee Summary:

  • Defective Product: No Cost for Customers
  • Wrong Product Delivered: No Cost. Just ship the product back to us.
  • Change of Item: $50 Restocking

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and not missing parts.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (which is a non-negotiable requirements).

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds :

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you're refund approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
