Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
Should you decide to initiate a return within 7 days due to a change of mind, please be aware that a restocking fee of $50 will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and handling your returned order.
Fee Summary:
- Restocking Fee: $50
- Defective Product: No Cost for Customers
- Wrong Product Delivered: No Cost. Just ship the product back to us.
- Change of Item: $50 Restocking
Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and with no parts missing.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (which is a non-negotiable requirements).
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ionready.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds:
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you have any issue with the goods received, please send us an email at info@ionready.co.nz, providing your order number and details along with a brief description of the issue. We will be in touch within 48 hours of receiving your request. Alternatively, you can call us on our customer service number.
